Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support Store and Assistant Managers by leading team members in providing excellent customer service, supervising the retail showroom, and managing various store operations. Responsibilities include handling customer service programs, processing orders and returns, managing opening and closing duties, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Required skills include strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification; preferred experience includes retail sales in auto parts and knowledge of automotive systems.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
