Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role includes shift management responsibilities and leading the store team in providing exceptional customer service. Key functions include supervising customer service levels, processing online orders, handling retail returns, managing secure transactions, and performing store opening and closing duties. Strong communication skills are essential, and candidates must have the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
