Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support management by overseeing sales, customer service, store operations, and assuming shift management responsibilities when needed. Key functions include leading team members in delivering exceptional customer service, supervising execution of customer service programs, processing orders efficiently, handling customer returns and exchanges, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to achieve RSS Certification are required, with preferred qualifications including retail sales experience in auto parts and automotive knowledge.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
