Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist leads store team in delivering excellent customer service for retail and professional customers, supervises service levels in the showroom, and may assume shift management in the absence of Store/Assistant Managers. Responsibilities include handling phone calls per policy, processing buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, and outside purchases; managing returns/exchanges and issuing refunds accurately; ensuring merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store; coordinating communications and merchandising tasks; enforcing posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out; and performing all opening/closing duties including secure deposits and alarm checks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, with experience in auto parts and automotive systems considered a plus.
