Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service while managing the retail showroom and overseeing customer interactions. Responsibilities include supervising customer service programs, ensuring timely processing of orders, handling returns, and conducting store opening and closing duties. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to earn RSS Certification. Desirable qualifications include retail service experience, automotive knowledge, and fluency in Spanish.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
