Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support store management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading the team to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer interactions, ensuring efficient processing of orders and returns, handling cash management duties, and adhering to company policies. A strong communication skill set and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, with added preference for candidates with retail experience, automotive knowledge, and bilingual capabilities.
