The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations while taking on shift management duties when needed. Responsibilities include leading team members, supervising customer service levels, ensuring efficient processing of online orders and returns, managing store opening/closing processes, and delegating tasks efficiently. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired qualifications include retail sales experience in auto parts and automotive knowledge.
