Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes assuming shift management responsibilities, leading the store team in customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders and returns efficiently, and performing store opening/closing duties. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, while retail sales experience and automotive knowledge are desired.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
