Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and returns, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, enforce work schedule adherence, and perform opening/closing duties including bank deposits and security checks.
