Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising retail operations, processing orders and customer returns, and managing store opening/closing procedures. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
