Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes assuming shift management responsibilities when needed. Key job functions involve leading team members in customer service, supervising the execution of customer service programs, ensuring timely processing of orders, managing merchandise returns and exchanges, and performing store opening and closing duties. The position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with preferences for candidates having retail experience, automotive knowledge, and fluency in languages like Spanish.
