Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensure various service programs are executed, and manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing duties, banking deposits, and security. Responsible for processing returns, exchanges, transfers, invoicing of merchandise, and ensuring timely procedures for outside purchases and special orders. May assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager. Desired: Retail sales experience, ASE Certification, bilingual Spanish; strong communication and leadership abilities. Required Qualifications
