Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising service levels in the showroom, processing orders and returns, managing store opening/closing procedures, and adhering to company policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, while retail sales experience and ASE Certification are desired. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
