The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store operations, and assume shift management responsibilities. Key duties include supervising team members, ensuring customer service standards, processing orders, returns, and completing opening/closing duties.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
