Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support store management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, assuming shift management responsibilities as needed. Key responsibilities include leading the team in customer service, supervising retail showroom activities, processing orders, handling customer returns and exchanges, and maintaining store security. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, along with a preference for retail sales experience in auto parts and knowledge of automotive systems.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
