Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, including team scheduling, clocking in/out, and performing all opening/closing duties such as securing the building and processing bank deposits. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
