Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading store team members in providing excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, managing buy online/ship to store processes, handling special orders, and processing retail customer returns. Must ensure compliance with company policies for store operations, including cash handling and security protocols. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
