Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist leads store team in delivering exceptional customer service, supervises showroom service levels, and assumes shift-management duties in the absence of store leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, outside purchases, and timely customer communications upon shipment arrivals; processing returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods; ensuring merchandise is invoiced and key tasks (Zipline messages, Image Maker, merchandising) are completed; enforcing compliance with posted work schedules, opening/closing duties, cash handling, money security, and security systems. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Desirable qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge (ASE certification), and fluency in multiple languages. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, operational execution, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications

- O’Reilly Auto Parts experience or equivalent preferred
