Job Summary
Lead store team members in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless store operations. Responsibilities include supervising the showroom, executing customer-service programs, managing BOPIS/ship-to-store transfers, handling external purchases, processing returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, communicating internal messages, monitoring adherence to schedules, performing opening/closing duties, securing deposits, managing money and banking tasks, and ensuring store security. The role may assume shift-management duties in the absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE certification and prior auto-parts retail experience are preferred.
