Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, supervising service levels, managing special orders and returns, performing store opening/closing duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
