Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in managing sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading the team in excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders and returns efficiently, and performing store opening and closing duties while ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while fluency in multiple languages, retail sales experience, and automotive knowledge are desired qualifications. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
