Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers, and outside purchases; handle returns, exchanges, and invoicing before product leaves the store; delegate merchandising/tasks and ensure adherence to the posted work schedule; perform store opening/closing duties, including money handling and security checks; shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; duties also include processing payments, bank deposits, and ensuring proper handling of premiums and incentives; candidates with retail sales experience and automotive knowledge are desirable; the employer emphasizes equal opportunity and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
