Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely, ensuring customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals. Handle special orders, outside purchases, and retail returns and exchanges efficiently, issuing refunds accurately and staging returned merchandise correctly. Delegate and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks, verify team adherence to work schedules and clocking policies, and perform all opening/closing duties including day end procedures, securing money/deposits, and locking doors. Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and that all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store.
