Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, while taking on shift management responsibilities in the absence of management. Key responsibilities include leading a team in customer service, supervising service levels, processing orders and returns, performing store opening/closing duties, and ensuring team members adhere to schedules. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
