Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Will supervise customer service levels, lead team members, and assume shift-management duties when managers are absent. Bilingual candidates encouraged (Spanish). Responsibilities include processing buy online/ship to store transfers, external purchases handling, returns/exchanges, invoicing, communicating Zipline messages, merchandising tasks, ensuring adherence to posted schedules, and performing opening/closing duties and end-of-day procedures. Desired: Retail sales experience, ASE Certification, and RSS Certification; fluency in multiple languages is highly valued.
