Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations while assuming shift management responsibilities when needed. Key responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising store operations, processing online orders and transfers, efficiently handling customer returns, invoicing merchandise, and ensuring compliance with company policies for scheduling and security procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, with a preference for candidates with retail sales experience and automotive knowledge.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
