Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations and assumes shift management responsibilities when necessary. Key responsibilities include leading teams in providing excellent customer service, supervising customer service programs, ensuring timely processing of buy online/ship to store and special orders, and managing retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with preferred qualifications including retail experience in auto parts and knowledge of automotive systems.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
