Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store operations, and shift management in their absence. Responsibilities include leading team members in providing excellent customer service, supervising the customer service levels, ensuring timely processing of customer orders, managing returns and exchanges, overseeing opening/closing duties, and delegating merchandising tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, while experience in retail sales and ASE Certification are desired.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
