Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, assuming shift management duties in their absence. Essential responsibilities include leading the team to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service execution, managing various store operations including returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policies, and handling store opening/closing duties. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
