Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service and supervising showroom operations in a retail auto-parts environment. Responsible for day-to-day sales, customer service programs, order processing (buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers), returns processing, invoicing, and ensuring adherence to store policies. Also assumes shift management duties in the absence of management, opens/closes the store, manages deposits, and coordinates security procedures. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification and multilateral language capabilities are desirable.
