Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service and managing sales, store appearance, and store operations. Oversee shift management in the absence of Store/Assistant Managers, supervise customer service programs, process buy online/ship to store and transfers, handle outside purchases and special orders, manage returns and invoicing, ensure scheduling adherence, and perform day-to-day opening/closing duties including money handling and security checks.
