Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in various aspects of sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders and returns, handling merchandise invoicing, and performing store opening and closing duties. Required skills include strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while desired qualifications include retail sales experience and knowledge of automotive systems.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
