Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team to provide excellent customer service, supervising retail showroom service levels, processing online orders and customer returns, ensuring accurate invoicing, and performing store opening/closing duties. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required. Preferred qualifications include retail sales experience in auto parts and automotive knowledge.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
