Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising retail showroom activities, ensuring timely processing of online orders, handling customer returns efficiently, and performing store opening/closing duties. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred qualifications include retail sales experience, knowledge of automotive systems, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages.
