Job Summary
Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise showroom customer service programs and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases. Oversee returns, exchanges, and invoicing, communicate Zipline messages, and delegate merchandising tasks. Manage store opening/closing duties, cash handling, deposits, and security as needed. This role also assumes shift management responsibilities in the absence of Store/Assistant Managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; cross-train across store operations and product knowledge to support sales and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certification
- RSS Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
