Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes shift management responsibilities when required. Major functions involve leading team members in customer service, supervising service levels, processing orders and merchandise returns, and ensuring compliance with store policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, while retail sales experience in auto parts and ASE Certification are desirable.
