Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist in AAA branch environment focused on delivering Legendary Service through greeting customers, identifying needs, cross-selling and upselling AAA products, and providing DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services. Responsibilities include preparing TripTik travel routings and maps, issuing passport photos, handling payments and cash reconciliation, making hotel and car rental reservations, and providing travel destination information. Requires notary eligibility, retail/sales or customer service experience, Microsoft Office basics, and availability for weekday hours with Saturday/branch requirements. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required
- Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office basics
- Notary Public must be obtained within 1 Year
- Available to work Monday through Friday during office hours, and Saturdays in accordance with branch requirements
- Ability to travel locally when necessary
