Greet members and customers, determine their needs, and provide Legendary Service; cross-sell and upsell AAA products; provide DMV license, registration, and notary services; reach sales and service goals and earn incentives; prepare TripTik travel routings, road maps, tour books, and travel-related materials; issue passport photos; accept payments and reconcile cash drawer; make hotel and car rental reservations and provide travel destination information.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment
- Notary license must be obtainable within 1 year for offices with notary services
- Microsoft Office basics
- Available to work Monday through Friday during office hours, and Saturdays as required by branch
- Ability to travel locally
- Notary Public must be obtained within 1 year for offices that offer notary services
