Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist in AAA Auto Club Enterprises branch: provide Legendary Service through greeting customers, determining needs, cross-selling and upselling AAA products, issue DMV-related notary/registration services as required, prepare travel materials (TripTik and maps), make travel reservations (hotels, cars) and process payments with accurate cash handling. Must balance cash drawer, meet sales/service goals, and possess notary requirements within 1 year for applicable offices; requires availability Monday–Friday with Saturdays as per branch, and local travel as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment
- Notary license must be obtained within 1 year for offices offering notary services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
