Retail Service Specialist at AAA in Erie, PA — provide Legendary Service by greeting members, identifying needs, cross-selling and upselling AAA products, handle DMV license/registration and notary services, issue passport photos, balance cash, process payments, and support travel reservations and information (TripTik routing, hotel and car rental) to meet sales and service goals with teamwork and local travel as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Notary license must be obtainable and maintained where required
- Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment
