Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, assuming shift management responsibilities when needed. Essential functions include leading the team in customer service, supervising showroom service levels, processing orders and returns efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies, and performing store opening and closing duties. Strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
