The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers by promoting excellent customer service, managing store operations, and ensuring efficient processing of customer orders and returns. Responsibilities include leading store team members, supervising customer service programs, managing shift duties in the absence of management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while desired qualifications include retail sales experience and automotive knowledge.
