Retail Service Specialist-3

The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Key responsibilities include leading store team members to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, ensuring efficient processing of customer orders and returns, managing inventory invoicing, performing store opening and closing duties, and adhering to company policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are mandatory, while retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and bilingual skills are desired.
