Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution of sales programs. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, verifying/securing money and deposits, and securing the building. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
