Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, while assuming shift management responsibilities in their absence. Key responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, supervising operations in the retail showroom, ensuring timely processing of online orders and exchanges, managing customer returns, and performing store opening/closing duties. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and can gain RSS Certification. Retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and bilingual proficiency are preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
