Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, while assuming shift management responsibilities in their absence. Key job functions include leading the team in providing excellent customer service, supervising service levels, processing special orders and returns, managing store opening/closing duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be able to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
