Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online, ship to store, and DC add orders timely, ensuring customers are contacted upon shipment arrival. Handle special orders, outside purchases, and returns efficiently, issuing accurate refunds and staging returned merchandise correctly. Delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks, verify team adherence to schedules, and manage clocking in/out. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, locking doors, arming security alarms, and checking delivery vehicles.
