Retail Service Specialist-1

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently. Manage team schedules, oversee opening and closing duties including day end procedures and security protocols, and delegate merchandising tasks. Perform all assigned operational duties to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, store appearance, and store operations. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
