Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service, supervise showroom operations, and manage shift coverage when Assistant or Store Managers are absent. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Execute daily opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, locking doors, and arming security alarms.
