Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervise customer service levels in the showroom, and ensure execution of customer service programs. Take on shift management responsibilities in the absence of Store/Assistant Managers; perform opening/closing duties, secure deposits, verify money, and manage bank deposits. Responsibilities include handling buy online/ship to store, transfers, outside purchases, returns/exchanges, and invoicing of merchandise; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks. Requires ensuring adherence to schedules, proper cash handling, and compliance with security procedures. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, with Spanish language skills highly desired. The role also supports ongoing merchandising and store operations tasks and may involve driving customer service initiatives such as cross-selling and maintaining high standards of store appearance and operation.
Required Qualifications
- RSS Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- ASE Certification (desired)
- Strong communication skills
